The women's division
of Fostiras was founded on the initiative of Mr. Ilias Saleuris in the fall of 2020 under the instructions of the coach Mr. Savvas Bitsoris. In the same year, it participated in the Women’s 3rd national division championship but the championship was canceled due to COVID 19. The team’s maiden participation in the 3rd national championship came in the following season (2021-2022) coached by Mr. Ilias Saleuris where the team finished 5th in their group. In the 2022-2023 season, coach Mr. Costas Galanis is at the helm of the team, where the team will continue its presence in the 3rd national championship.
The team consists of experienced soccer players as well as athletes who are taking their first steps in the field of soccer. The goal of the team is to create a united whole which, through beautiful football, will star in the Greek championship.
The club also maintains academies for girls aged 6-14 with coach Ms. Nana Plexida where the young players are being prepared to form the women’s team.

Fostiras will compete in the 8th group for the 2022-2023 season along with: Limnos AE, PAS Lesvos, Foinikas Kallitheas, Paianiakos, Akratitos Ano Liosion. The winner of the group will be promoted to the B' division championship.
